对特钢方坯连铸工艺路线的选择及特钢连铸机配套的电磁搅拌(M或M+F),轻压下技术和生产组织上的一些主要问题进行了探讨,并提出一些建议;还介绍一种新型的特钢方坯连铸生产工艺路线——特钢大方坯连铸机+在线轧制,连铸机只生产一种较大规格的连铸坯,由火切机将红热的铸坯切成定尺后,送入在线轧制的均热炉,经过均热的铸坯经在线可逆轧机,轧制成所需要规格的钢坯,供应不同的轧机(或热送)轧制成材;这条工艺路线基本消除了连铸坯的固有缺陷,可以达到理想的铸坯质量,同时可以降低生产成本。
