  INTRODUCTION Because of its high porosity,biocompatibility and mechanical properties,hydrogel is widely used in biomedical application such as microfluidic devices and tissue engineering.For microfluidic application,specific design parameters including pore size and mechanical properties will influence the device performance significantly.
