Phosphorus-containing compoundsplay important roles in many areasincludingorganometallic catalysis,organocatalysis,agro-and materials chemistry.1 For example,they have served as versatile ligands in transition metal-catalyzed reactions.Therefore,the synthesis of phosphinamide derivatives has aroused much interest.In recent years transition-metal-catalyzedC-H bond functionalizations using a directing group has become a powerful tool in organic synthesis.2 In this regard,Daugulis group reported a Co-catalyzed 8-aminoquinoline directed coupling of phosphinamide compounds with alkynes for the synthesis of phospinamide derivatives in 2016.3Meanwhile,the use of α-amino acids/esters as directing groups has been an important pursuit since they are readily available,abundant and non-poisonous.As an example,Chanati and coworkers developed a palladium-catalyzed ortho C-H bond arylation/alkylation ofα-amino acid directed benzamidesin 2014.4Herein,we describe a microwave-assistedRu-catalyzed coupling of phosphinamides with diarylacetylenes by the use of α-aminoacid ester as a directing group for the synthesis of phosphinamides derivatives.The methodology is efficientwith high yields and good functional group compatibility.
