目的:探讨糖耐量异常患者胰岛素抵抗指数与冠状动脉侧枝循环之间的关系.方法:122例非糖尿病但糖耐量异常患者,冠状动脉造影显示至少有一支血管存在慢性闭塞性病变,采用HOMA2法测定胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA2-IR),采用Gensini积分系统定量评定冠状动脉狭窄程度,按Rentrop分级法对冠状动脉侧枝循环进行分级,0级或1级为侧枝循环不良组(54例);2级或3级为侧枝循环良好组(68例),应用SPSS 13.0进行统计学分析.
