A new wiping material had been developed,which made from wetlaid aquaJet-spunlace technology.The aim of this paper analyzed the microstructures of wet-laid aquaJet-spunlace material and wet-laid preliminary spunlace material under multi-aspect ratios,and studied vertical and horizontal stretching and bending mechanism.The results showed that wiping composite material regarded wood pulp with small aspect ratios as matrix phase and Danufil fibers with large aspect ratio as fiber-reinforced phase,which effectively improved the vertical and horizontal breaking strength.Meanwhile hydroentanglement improved the entanglement and cohesion between wood pulp and wood pulp,wood pulp and Danufil fibers,moreover it effectively promoted the fluffy,soft and elongation in the case of breaking strength slightly down.
