Background Myocardial fractional flow reserve has performed more and more popular at present.Clinicians use it to guide the percutaneous coronary intervention.The effect of FFR in the therapy of coronary artery disease needs to evaluate.We intend to perform a systematic review and meta-analysis of studies reporting clinical outcomes of FFR-guided PCI vs angiography-guided PCI.
