Sea level rise and estuarine runoff change are the important factors of seawater intrusion.Water resources security is seriously threatened by sea level rise which increases the strength of seawater intrusion, especially in the deltas of large river. The influence of seawater intrusion on water resources security has been an unignorably problems now. This study mainly research on Yangtze estuary and Pearl River estuary.(1) Based on saltwater intrusion model of Yangtze Delta region, the influence of seawater intrusion on water supply security in typical year on typical regions is analyzed, as well as the influence of different sea level rise in the open sea on is predicted. The results show that the salinity is decayed rapidly with runoff greater from estuary to upstream; the influence degree of sea level rise on salinity in dry season is larger than in flood season; the influence of sea saltwater on upstream terminates on Jiangyin; there is little influence on upstream with the salinity increasing range less than 0.2ppt.(2) A one-dimensional dynamic tidal current and chlorinate model is established for Pearl River estuary. The influence on the saltwater with different sea level rising amplitude and specific frequency of discharge, as well as the position of saltwater intrusion under different frequency of the upstream water with the seniors of sea level rise of 0、10 cm、30 cm and 60 cm are analyzed. The results show that distance of saltwater intrusion will increase with the increasing frequency of upstream runoff and decreasing discharge; the boundaries of saltwater intrusion will move to the upstream significantly with rising sea levels at the same runoff frequency.
