Graphene and graphene oxide (GO),as novel polyaromatic molecule,have attracted tremendous interest in the fields of materials science and biotechnology due to their fascinating properties with ultrathin structural feature [1].GO is water-soluble and has been demonstrated to be promising platform for the construction of bioelectronic devices.Herein,multiple logic gates were integrated on a universal GO/DNA platform for the first time to implement both arithmetic functions of half adder (HA) and half subtractor (HS).Different from GO,pristine graphene is highly hydrophobic,which has limited its applications in biological systems [2].
