　　Background The identification of the biomarkers of patients with acute anterior uveitis(AAU)may allow for a less invasive and more accurate diagnosis as well as serving as a predictor in AAU progression and treatment response.The aim of this study was to identify the potential biomarkers and the metabolic pathways from plasma in patients with AAU.

TSLP在角膜上皮真菌感染天然免疫中的作用体内实验研究
目的 体内实验探究 TSLP 在角膜抗真菌感染天然免疫中发挥调控作用的机制。方法 选取烟曲霉菌及6 周龄C57 小鼠“角膜接触镜辅助角膜划法”建立小鼠角膜真菌感染模型,接种菌液浓度为108cfu/mL,感染术后缝合小鼠睑裂,24 h 后打开眼睑,分别于感染后1、3、5、7 和12 dpi 于裂隙灯显微镜下观察角膜感染情况,数码相机照相记录,对感染角膜予以临床评分。

目的 γδT 细胞在自身免疫性葡萄膜炎(EAU)中的作用尚不完全清楚。本文拟通过研究EAU 小鼠脾脏和葡萄膜组织中γδT 细胞的动态变化，探讨γδT 细胞在EAU 病程进展中的致病机制。方法 用抗原肽IRBP 及完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)的乳化液在C57B6/L 小鼠的尾根部及躯干部均匀注射5 个点，免疫后每间隔4 天取眼球做病理切片对其严重程度予以评分。
