  目的 观察细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK细胞)与同源树突状细胞(DC细胞)共培养后诱导形成的DCIK细胞的体外细胞毒活性及其治疗肝癌的近期临床疗效、免疫学活性及副反应。方法 收录37例晚期肝癌患者,体外诱导出DC和CIK细胞共培养,诱导形成DCIK细胞,流式分析检测其表型,MTT法检测其体外对人肝癌SMCC-7721和HepG2细胞的杀伤活性。所有患者均接受一定剂量的DCIK细胞过继免疫治疗,观察患者外周血CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD3+CD56+细胞变化情况、近期临床疗效及不良反应。
