苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides L.)为豆科槐属多年生的灌木,是我国西部几省重要药用植物资源和自然植被组成部分,蕴藏量大,种群优势突出.苦豆子中含有丰富的生物碱类成分,目前对于苦豆子的研究主要是关注其生物碱方面,但多糖及其抗肿瘤方面的研究较少,为了开发和合理利用这种丰富资源,本课题组前期对苦豆子多糖(SAP)进行了提取分离、纯化工艺和抗氧化及抗凝血活性研究.
