目的:探讨肿瘤放或化疗配合局部热疗对肿瘤治疗的效果。方法:6年中放疗配合局部热疗治疗688例,其中深部热疗443例,浅部165例,放+化+深部80例。化+热120例。热疗采用徐州诺万生产的深部(433MHz)、浅部(915MHz)热疗机,每例病人最少热疗4次,最多者12次,每次热疗时间40~60分钟,温度在38.5-41.5℃之间。放疗采有6~8MV-X线(普放、适形或调强放疗)或电子线照射。化疗根据病种选择化疗方案,最少一个周期,最多4个周期,放+化+热者,化疗一般用二个周期。结果:放+深部热疗有效率在71~91%之间。放+浅部热疗有效率86~96%之间。放+化+深部热疗有效率75~100%之间。化疗配合深部热疗有效率57.5%。结论:结果显示放疗配合热疗或放+化+热疗的有效率多在80%以上,放疗+热疗的治疗效果明显高于单纯放疗的效果,结论是肯定的。单纯化疗配合局部热疗的有效率只有57.5%明显低于放疗+热疗的效果,可能与全身化疗局部病灶药物浓度低或耐药有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of tumor radiotherapy or chemotherapy combined with local hyperthermia on tumor therapy. The effective rate of chemotherapy with local hyperthermia was only 57.5%, which was significantly lower than that of radiotherapy + hyperthermia, which may be related to the low drug concentration or drug resistance of local chemotherapy in systemic chemotherapy.
