  As an orthopedic surgeon we are able to give recovery from fractures by fixing the fractures with implant and restoring near normal function.The same cannot be said about rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis or chronic back pain due to disc prolapse or spondyloarthrosis.Here we feel the need to harness the innate healing capacity of our Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), Bone marrow cells and other adult stem cells available in our body.With proper understanding, proper extraction & concentration methods, ideal culture conditions it is possible to relieve the pain and suffering of patients from some of these chronic degenerative or autoimmune condition.Here we present a collection of such cases where regenerative medicine is used where regular drugs and other treatment have given inadequate results.
