The oil temperature of the commercial vehicle hydraulic power steering system is related to the bore diameter of power steering gear and parameters of power steering pump such as the pressure,displacement,flow rate and front axle load.Additionally,the position of the pressure limiting valve and the structure of heat dissipation of the return pipe will also affect the temperature.Furthermore,the viscosity and the temperature characteristics of hydraulic fluid,as well as the cleanliness of the pipeline,are also the crucial factors in controlling oil temperature.Aiming at the phenomenon of overloading of commercial vehicle and the high oil temperature of hydraulic power steering system,this paper puts forward seven schemes to reduce the system oil temperature.
