The topic produces composite photo catalyst by TiCl3 and (NH4)S2O8 is evocating agent with polymer network gel method.After characterizing the nanopowder by XRD and TEM, The results show that pure TiO2 and composite powder with Sn4+ can not unite.The TiO2 catalyzer doping La3+ belongs to anatase style.Doping La3+ depresses the crystallographic form transformation of TiO2 and postpones the transformational temperature.Doping with Sn4+ and La3+ metal ion improves the activity, because the ion restrains the composition of photoelectron and cavity.
