Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) have been regarded as one of the best candidates for future application in next generation integrated circuits due to their unique structures and superb properties.[1-6] However, SWNTs produced by almost all of the current available approaches are always mixtures of metallic (m-) and semiconducting m-SWNTs, normally containing about 1/3 m-SWNTs.
