The images of neuron disease are the important clinical data for the research of neuron and disease.The read and judgment of these clinical images are the main method for the research.So the calibration of these images for the acquirement of accurate and standard data is the basement of the research.A new data calibration model for these clinical images is established using Monte Carlo algorithm and the key element of this model is Grayscale Standard Display Function(GSDF).Furthermore, the relation between clinical images data and the correspond standard data which are realized by the national standard equipments is established.Thus the calibration process for the clinical image of neuron disease is achieved.A clinical image of motor neuron disease(MND) is calibrated by the method.The standard data of this image are achieved which are more benefit for the research of neuron and disease.On the other hand, the quality of this image is improved.For example, the contrast and chromatism of this clinical image are improved more than 3%.
