Objective: To compare the MRI imaging of endolymphatic hydrops in patients with Menieres disease, low frequency sensorineural hearing loss and full frequence sudden deafness after intratympanic gadolinium injection Methodology: Twenty patients with unilateral Menieres disease, Seven with low frequence sudden deafness and eleven with full frequence sensorineural hearing loss underwent inner ear MRI 10 hour after intratympanic gadolinium injection.The positive rate were statistic and compared each other.
