Cities are the certain results of the development of human society,and also represent the progress of civilization.With the development of urbanization,cities are facing more and more problems; there into ecological risk becomes severe progressively.It is important to sustainable development of cities how to realize and assess urban ecological risk,especially in the present process of quick civilization in china.Through analyzing the traditional concept and methods of ecological risk,the article brings forward a novel model to assessment urban ecological risk based on spatial effect of landuse intensity.
