目的:探讨中医治疗冠心病的用药经验.方法:以中医治疗冠心病为背景,收集中医治疗冠心病的病案,采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则,挖掘核心组合,分析中医治疗冠心病的用药经验.结果:处方常用药物包括当归、丹参、川芎、黄芪、红花、赤芍、桃仁、茯苓、生地黄、甘草、麦冬、郁金、五味子、桂枝、柴胡、白芍、薤白、瓜蒌等,这些药物多

目的:探讨中医治疗冠心病的用药经验.
方法:以中医治疗冠心病为背景,收集中医治疗冠心病的病案,采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则,挖掘核心组合,分析中医治疗冠心病的用药经验.
结果:处方常用药物包括当归、丹参、川芎、黄芪、红花、赤芍、桃仁、茯苓、生地黄、甘草、麦冬、郁金、五味子、桂枝、柴胡、白芍、薤白、瓜蒌等,这些药物多具有活血、补气、补血、化痰等功效.常用的药物组合有:①丹参,当归.②川芎,当归.③黄芪,当归等.经过聚类算法分析,常用药对包括:生地黄-当归、炙甘草-当归、桂枝-当归、甘草-当归等.基于复杂系统熵类聚的治疗冠心病的核心组合主要有:生牡蛎生龙骨元肉、白芍大枣磁石、党参延胡索郁金、熟地黄甘草炒酸枣仁、等.基于熵层次类聚的治疗冠心病新处方主要有:①生牡蛎生龙骨元肉焦栀子,②白芍大枣磁石通草,③党参延胡索郁金香附等.
结论:中医治疗冠心病经验丰富,多用活血化瘀之品,并常配伍行气补血等药物.
