按照全要素能源效率的概念,重点考虑电能投入约束,构造了基于电能节约的CCR-Ie和CCR-Oe模型。根据合肥市1492家规上工业企业经济普查数据,选择年均资产、从业人员、电力、非电力能源、二氧化碳排量为投入指标,主营业务收入为产出指标,分别从行业大类、通用制造业行业小类、钢铁铸造业企业三个层次,对电能投入产出效率进行实证分析,得出了电能利用效率、潜在电能可节约置和主营业务收入可增加量的分析结论。
According to the concept of total factor energy efficiency, the CCR-Ie and CCR-Oe models based on electric energy conservation are constructed with the emphasis on power input constraints. According to the economic census data of 1492 industrial enterprises in Hefei City, the annual average assets, employees, electricity, non-electric energy and carbon dioxide emissions are selected as input indexes. The main business income is output index, Industry and industry, iron and steel foundry industry, three levels of empirical analysis of the power input and output efficiency, obtained energy efficiency, potential energy savings and the main business income can increase the amount of conclusions.
