目的:观察推拿对缺氧缺血性脑病(Hypoxic Ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)幼鼠生长发育和认知功能的影响.
方法:将新生SD大鼠随机分为推拿组(n=10)、模型组(n=13)和对照组(n=12).在出生后第3天(3-day-postnatal,P3),采用单侧颈总动脉结扎联合缺氧的方法制备HIE模型,造模后2天(P5)开始进行脊柱推拿;通过监测体重、翻正反射试验、倾斜板试验、Morris水迷宫试验和避暗试验,评价幼鼠早期发育情况和远期认知功能.
结果:在出生后第7天和第9天,正常组和推拿组大鼠的体重增长速度显著快于模型组(P<0.01).出生后第7天至15天,正常组和推拿组翻正反射所需时间均显著少于模型组(P<0.05).在出生后第7、9、13、17天,倾斜板实验中,正常组和推拿组大鼠停留于倾斜板上最大角度均显著大于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05).出生后第8周,Morris水迷宫空间探索实验中大鼠平台象限滞留时间,呈现正常组>推拿组>模型组的关系(P<0.05).避暗实验中大鼠潜伏期及明箱滞留时间,正常组和推拿组均显著大于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05).
结论:推拿可改善HIE幼鼠体重增长速度和神经发育,同时对其远期的认知功能也具有一定的改善作用.
