目的：观察天麻素对激素干预大鼠体内血脂水平的影响。 方法：将30只健康雄性成年Wistar大鼠随机分为三组：天麻素组(n=10)：所有大鼠经臀大肌注入25 mg/kg 的甲强龙，在注射甲强龙之后10 min经腹腔给予50mg/kg的天麻素，依此法连续注射7天。

目的：探讨应用Delda脊柱内镜颈前路技术治疗单节段脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效和初步体会. 方法：自2016年2月--2016年7月，应用Delta脊柱内颈前入路椎间盘切除减压植骨融合治疗单节段脊髓型颈椎病6例，本组病例男4例，女3例，年龄42-55岁，平均48.5岁；该组病例仅选择单节段以椎间盘突出为主的脊髓型颈椎病，且临床症状和体征与CT和MRI影像诊断相吻合.
