目的 评估2微米(铥)激光剥橘式激光前列腺切除术(TmLRP-TT)治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的长期疗效与远期并发症.方法 2004年11月起,至2009年12月,对348例于我院行TmLRP-TT的BPH患者进行回顾性研究,随访患者术后长期疗效,内容包括前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QoL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿量(PVR),记录并分析术后远期并发症.
