Purpose To detect the electrical brains power spectrum of subjects who received and did not receive the training of imaginary working and to analyze the specificity of brain electrical of mental regulation of imaginary working.Methods College students as volunteer subjects were recruited and randomly divided into experimental group and control group at 1:1 ratio.The experimental group received Imaginary Working intervention while the control group did not receive any intervention.After Imaginary Working intervention training, using EEG synchronous detection to observe the EEG changes in the process of imaginary working.And from the time and space to compare and analyze the δ、 θ、 α、 β band.Results ① overall comparison:There were very significant differences in δ, θ, α and β bands between the two groups at both imaginary working and resting state (P < 0.001), the absolute power of δ band in experimental group was lower than that of control group, and the absolute powers of θ , α and β bands were higher than those of the control group.② Time comparison:There were significant differences of absolute power of δ band at RS0、 IW1、 IW2、RS3(P < 0.05), and there were significant differences of θ band at RS1、 RS2、 IW3 (P< 0.01).The changes of absolute power of δ and θ bands in experimental group were close to cosine curves.There were statistical differences of α band and β band at each state, the absolute power of oα band of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the data of the experimental group was more stable than the control group at each state.state, from IW1 period the amplitude of α band began to keep stable, and from IW2 period the amplitude of β band did.③ Space comparison: There were no significant differences of δ band and θ band appeared different leads between the two group(P > 0.05).The absolute power of α band showed statistical differences in leadofF7, C3, C4, P3, P4, T3, T4, T5, T6, PZ, O1 and O2(P < 0.05),whats more, the absolute power of α band also showed statistical differences in lead of (FP1、FP2)、 (F7、 F8)、 (C3、C4)、 (P3、 P4)、 (T5、T6)、 (O1、 O2)(P < 0.05)of Left and right brain, and the right lead power was larger than that in the left lead, and the resting state power decreased after the end of imaginary working.Conclusion Imaginary Working induced the rhythmic response of δ, θ, α and β band, the period of alpha and beta bands showed a steady state.Especially the rhythm alternated fast waves and slow waves in the airspace.The alpha wave of the training is significantly stronger than those without the training of imaginary working, and maintain the effects with time as a subsequent effect.Imaginary Working presents with an apparent tranquilizing effect.Various sensory effects induced by different imaginary working may be related to each of the corresponding brain functional areas.It is suggested that Imaginary Working keep the brain in rest state, and relieve tension, and adjust negative emotions.
