Basidiopores of strain "151" were collected and used to carry on multi-spore selfing, two hundred and sixty selfing offspring strains were selected, purified three times and inoculated in tested tube filled with cultivation media to test their performance of mycelium growth.Forty strains were scored as vigorous mycelium growth, high frequence of primordia formation, high disease resistance and then they were cultivated in artificially controlled indoor environment.
