论文目的：Regulatory IL-10 producing B cells (B10 cells) have been shown to prevent and cure in experimental mouse models.The precise cellular and molecular bases of B10 in humans especially in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) remain to be determined.We aim to explore the effect of microRNA155 on B cell IL-10 production, in healthy subjects and in patients with IBD.
