In the era of big data marketing,from CMOs to CGOs,not only job titles are changed,but also the marketing ideas of the new retail era——customer-centered,growth-oriented,and better realization of corporate value.This transformation of marketing strategy will make marketing more goal-oriented and close to the business to achieve sales transformation.The paper first combs the essence of marketing,and then analyzes the relationship between marketing and growth,and analyzes the value and necessity of CGO transformation from the perspective of marketing.Several methods and suggestions for digital integrated marketing were proposed.
