表层对共挤出型木塑复合材料性能的影响

  以共挤出技术为加工工艺,表层的增强材料选取短玻璃纤维(SGF),制备共挤出型(芯-表结构)木塑复合材料.分析了在芯层1 和芯层2 两种复合体系下,不同表层厚度(1.0mm、1.2mm 及1.6mm)和表层填料含量(0wt%,10wt%,20wt%和30wt%和40wt%)对共挤出型芯-表结构木塑复合材料的弯曲性能和热膨胀性能的影响.结果 表明:(1)当表面为纯的HDPE时,在芯层1 和芯层2 两个复合体系中,表层越厚则复合材料的热膨胀系数(LTEC)越高,其热膨胀性能越差;当SGF 的加入量恒定时,其LTEC 随着表层厚度的增加而降低;(2)总的来说,当表层的弯曲模量比芯层小时,共挤出木塑复合材料的弯曲模量随着表层厚度的升高逐渐降低;当芯层的弯曲模量比表层低时,共挤出木塑复合材料的弯曲模量随表层厚度的降低而降低;(3)表层为SGF/HDPE 材料时,在芯层1 和芯层2 两个复合体系中,随着表层SGF的含量从0 增加到40%时,其弯曲性能呈显著性提高,LTEC 显著降低;(3)当表层的LTEC值比芯层大时,表层厚度的降低可以降低共挤出木塑复合材料的LTEC;当表层的LTEC 值小于芯层LTEC 时,共挤出木塑复合材料的LTEC 随表层厚度的增加而减少.
