In this paper,the optimal decision on supercritical carbon dioxide to kill spores were explored.Bacillus subtilis spores are choosed in the experiments.Pressure,temperature,time and once or more processings were taking into account the effect of killing Bacillus subtilis spores on the examination.The degree of killing was quantified with a standard plate counting technique.The optimal decision to kill Bacillus subtilis spores was that pressure of 20MPa,temperature of 35 ℃,30mins and twice courses,and the log reduction of spores was 3.48.
