We reports fabrication and characterization of depositing palladium nanocomposite onto reduced graphene oxide (RGO-Pd). Characterizations showed well dispersed uniform Pd nanoparticles on partly reduced graphene oxide surface. Cyclic voltammetry proved successful immobilizing of glucose oxidase (GOx) on RGO-Pd modified GCE (GCE-RGO-Pd) using covalent bonding of GOx with RGO-Pd (RGO-Pd-GOx), and suggesting to use it as an electrochemical biosensor of glucose. RGO-Pd exhibited good electrocatalysis toward glucose in different glucose concentrations phosphate buffer solution (PBS) at pH 7.4.
