At present,the multi-channel seismic is the main method for gas hydrate exploration.But we receive seismic wave in water,we can only use the p wave information.Ocean bottom seismograph (OBS) is a seismic detector which we put it directly on the seafloor.And it can be combined with multi-channel seismic acquisition.
