Bioconversion of lignocellulosics to liquid fuels and chemicals is considered to be an important way for sustainable development of human economy and society.At present, a key bottleneck for its commercialization is how to construct an efficient enzyme system for hydrolyzing lignocellulosics to fermentable sugars with economic feasibility.
