　　Plants have evolved numerous approaches to resist pathogen infection.RNA silencing(RNAi)induced by virus-derived double-stranded RNA(dsRNA)is a general plant defense mechanism to resist virus infection.To counteract this defense,plant viruses generally encode RNA silencing suppressor(RSS)which enhance virus infection.
