It is well established that tumor progression causes reduction of functional activity of antigen-presenting cells (APC) and immunogenecity of target antigens.In our setting the irnmunogenecity of antigens was elevated by the treatment of droplet flow of antigen-containing suspension by pulse CO2-1aser irradiation with =10 um and power 0.5-1.0 kw/cm2 or high-aperture (270x270 ram) electron beam accelerator with electron energy of 0.2 MEV, absorbed dose value of 5 kGr.The exposition of target antigen determinants was attained by irradiation of cell cultures with electron beam of the same power.
