Anilinoquinoline derivatives(2-19),anilinocoumarin derivatives(24-34),and anilinobenzothiazoles(36-50) were synthesized,evaluated for anti-hepatitis C virus(HCV) activity and discussed their biological activities in this study.All these synthesized derivatives exhibited anti-HCV activity.The results indicated that anilinoquinoline derivative,compound 14(EC50=7M) with a strong electron withdrawing group on the phenyl ring was a potential lead compound with anti-HCV activity against NS3/4A protease.Among anilinocoumarin derivatives,compound 25(EC50=12M) showed good anti-HCV activity against Ava5 cell.The synthesized anilinobenzothiazole derivative,compound 40(EC50=5.5M) showed the inhibition of HCV replication against NS5B polymerase.
