WNT signaling is a complicated modulating pathway involved in multi cell processes including cell fate determination, differentiation, motility, proliferation, apoptosis, and even the embryogenesis.To demonstrate the unclarified role of canonical WNT signaling pathway in the regulation of oocyte maturation, immature oocytes were collected and cultured in vitro with the disturbance of WNT/β-catenin pathway by its inhibitor (FH535).
