目的[目的]探讨面部巨大海绵状血管瘤手术治疗的临床经验及肿瘤切除后修复创面的方法方法[方法]2018 年8 月,1 例面部巨大海绵状血管瘤的手术治疗。对侧颈外动脉术前已介入下栓塞,控制出血。术中全麻下,先分离患侧的颈外动脉防止不可控制的大出血,分离面动脉,颞浅动脉备用。再分区段切除下唇,眼部眶周肿瘤,最后切除鼻部周围肿瘤。
