With "The 12 th Five-year Plan",Internet of Things(IoT) becomes an increasingly popular option for networks.WSN(Wireless Sensor Network)based on IoT involves sensor technology,embedded computer technology,distributed information technology and wireless communication technology.This network can monitor,perceive and collect all kinds of information about environment and monitor things in the network distributed field.The paper focuses on IoT technology which is widely used in the test platform for production line.In this paper,WSN was designed using ZigBee technology and the GPRS communication technology.Taking the GSM module as the bridge between Wireless Sensor Network and IoT.We use M2 M communication module to realize the remote data transmission and SMS reverse control by Z-Stack,sensing technology and GPRS communication technology.Arm has been developed for dealing with data,which are used in M2 M communication system.The hardware system was designed using TI CC2530 chip as the core chip to realize WSN.This chip consists of 2.4 GHz RF part and 8051 family microcontroller.SHT10 sensor was embedded in ZigBee end device to perceive environment condition and the powerful Samsung S5PV210 based on CortexTMA8 was used in data transmission control.SIM900 A was chosen as the data transmission tool in GSM module.After debugging,the network topology shows in Figure 1:one router,five end devices and one coordinator consisted a tree network.Temperature data from SHTIO sensor was displayed in server as Figure 2.This paper presents a designation of the combination of WSN and M2 M communication in the use of production test line which can configure test device nodes dynamically.The maneuverability is strong,on this basis,propose one product line adjustment methods.In order to make sure the quality of productions,the system will monitor test line with environmental sensor data and feedback the relative problems to supervise center via M2 M module,then change test line work states by SMS reverse control.In addition,the system will test the reliability of the system on these basis.The experimental results suggest that this system with good stability and reliability,low power consumption and less costs,has the promotion and use value.
