搪瓷钢在轻工、家电、冶金、化工、建筑等方面有着广泛的应用,从厨房用具、卫生洁具,到建筑饰面板、化工反应罐等等,都是用各种搪瓷钢钢制造而成的[1].鳞爆是搪瓷钢涂搪过程中比较常见的缺陷之一,在搪瓷钢开发过程中必须使其抗鳞爆性能达到一定要求.电化学技术是一种无损检测技术,具有响应迅速,重复性高,试验周期短,试验用样少等特点,因此在产品开发方面可以发挥重要作用[2].
