本文基于银川典型地区既有农村住宅的实地调研与现场测试,重点分析当地农村住宅在住宅空间布局、室内热环境等方面存在的主要问题,并有针对性地进行新型生态住宅方案探讨.根据当地的自然资源和气候条件,充分考虑利用冬季被动式太阳能及夏季自然通风,利用当地生态建材,力求将现代节能技术融入传统住宅中,做出适宜于当地气候环境的新型生态住宅方案.同时对已建成的生态住宅方案进行测试分析,总结生态住宅存在的问题,提出优化
本文以丽江黎明乡黎光村委会河下组傈僳族民居改造为例,提出了生态设计的思路,并倡导生态保护、满足时代需要、文化继承性的原则,通过建造典型的示范民居,旨在引导地方少数民族居民在自然演绎进化过程中充分应用地域适宜的生态技术。探索云南传统民居尤其是偏远地区的更新过程是一个长期而的艰巨的任务,期望在下一阶段的工程实践过程中能够进一步完善该项工作,为云南传统民居的发展与演绎探索出一条可行的绿色之路。
