We develop a rapid three-way calibration method based on intrinsic fluorescence to determining NADH and FAD in human plasma simultaneously.By using three-way fluorescence EEMs array in combination with three-way calibration method based on our trilinear decomposition algorithm, the proposed method successfully achieved quantitative analysis of NADH and FAD in human plasma, in the presence of unknown, uncalibrated interference.The proposed method needs no sample separation, by using "mathematical separation" instead of physical or chemical separation.
