根据NCBI提交的刺参甘露糖结合凝集素(Mannan-binding lectins,MBLs)序列(AY625513)设计引物,抽取刺参体腔液进行总RNA提取,采用RT-PCR技术,获得498bp目的片段。通过克隆、测序确定得到刺参MBLs序列。将得到序列进行核苷酸和氨基酸序列比对,首次鉴定了大连刺参MBLs序列,并为我国不同区域刺参的进一步分类提供了科学的分子水平依据。
