多种单糖阻断猪溶素突变体的凝血活性

猪溶素(SLY)是2型猪链球菌(S.suis)的分泌性毒力因子,也是一种重要的保护性抗原,它属于胆固醇依赖性细胞毒素家族(Cholesterol Dependent Cytolysin,CDC)成员.rSLYP3531突变子单一氨基酸残基替换虽未对其高级结构没有产生明显的影响,但导致其丧失溶血活性,同时突变子获得了新的生物学特性一一凝集红细胞(许凌峰等,Protein & Cell,2010;杜华茂等,Vaccine,2013).本研究用SDS-AGE检测发现突变子rSLYP353L在红细胞膜上不形成二聚体或寡聚物,而是以单体形式存在,说明该突变子的凝血作用有胆固醇之外的其它分子参与.
