Background This study is to evaluate the effects and security of single septal branch blood vessel and no single one by PTSMA in patients with HOCM.Methods Patients with symptomatic drug-refractory HOCM was assessed from January 2004 to April 2006.Group A comprises a first series of 22 patients who were treated by single septal branch blood vessel.Group B comprises 9 patients treated by the following two or three septal branch blood vessel.left ventricular outflow tract gradient(LVOTG),left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT),interventricular septum (IVS) and ejection fraction (EF) is measured before and after operation,in addition Measure all arrhythmia the procedure and alcohol dose for ablation in A and B group.
