Morphological analysis of a bioprosthesis leaflets is not possible by classical processing of CT-scan images.We report our preliminary results of an interactive segmentation of a degenerated bioprosthesis in aortic position using preoperative CT-scan images.Multi-slice CT-scan imaging in 3D + T mode synchronized with EKG was applied to a stented degenerated bioprosthesis.Images were firstly processed by standard CT-scan software.The same images were then interactively processed using two different implementations of the region growing algorithm.Interactive segmentations allowed to obtain three-dimensional reconstructions of all bioprosthesis components.
