In the blast furnace slag, titanium disseminates in various mineral phases(perovskite, spinel, Ti-rich diopside, Ti(C、 N) and titannaugite). Based on the technique of selective precipitation, titanium was studied. The first step of this technique is to select the titanium enrichment phase on which the most titania can be concentrated by optimizing the heat treatment and appropriate additives. The result was made by calculation and analysis that Perovskite in the slag is the best enrichment phase. The conclusion was validated by experiments.

为寻求降低湿法炼锌溶液净化过程中锌粉消耗的有效途径,本文研究了砷净液除钻工艺中返渣的利用、铜离子的加入量和净化pH值等因素对净化效果的影响.实验结果表明,净液过程中将第二、三段净液渣返回第一段净液的返渣技术能大幅度降低锌粉消耗,在净液温度70℃,搅拌速度200r/min,加入碱溶砒霜100mg/L,Cu2+的加入量为20mg/L,除钴pH为4.5的条件下除钴后液残钻浓度低于0.75mg/L,可使一
在热力学分析的基础上,进行了硅热还原法回收二次资源高速钢铁鳞中的W、Mo、Cr及V合金的研究.对还原剂、石灰用量及单位热效应对合金回收率的影响进行了分析探讨.研究结果表明:采用硅热法回收工艺是可行的,W、Mo回收率在95%以上,Cr回收率大于72%,V回收率不低于45%.冶炼出的产品质量稳定,可满足炼钢使用要求.充分做到了废物利用,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益.
