本文介绍了超音速喷涂技术和沙坡头电厂及其水轮机的情况,并就我公司利用该技术对沙坡头电厂叶片所进行的超音速喷涂耐泥沙磨蚀技术的应用情况进行了介绍。结果表明,该技术是目前世界上较为成熟并应用较多的抗泥沙磨蚀技术,可在我公司推广应用。 This paper introduces the supersonic spraying technology and the situation of Shapotou Power Plant and its turbine, and introduces the application of this technology to the application of supersonic spraying sediment resistant erosion technology to the blade of Shapotou Power Plant. The results show that the technology is more mature and more applied anti-sediment abrasion technology in the world, which can be popularized and applied in our company.
