对非平衡光纤迈克耳孙干涉仪(MI)粘接在压电陶瓷块(PZT)表面的体系施加交流电压,构成光学电压传感器。PZT产生的压电形变传递给MI,利用可调谐光纤法布里-珀罗(F-P)滤波器对MI输出光强变化进行解调,从而获得被测交流电压信号。实验结果表明,该传感器对交流电压具有良好的线性响应。同时,针对可调谐光纤F-P滤波器的调节精度、MI的消光比对系统探测精度的影响进行探讨。
An unbalanced fiber Michelson interferometer (MI) was applied to the surface of the piezoelectric ceramic block (PZT) system AC voltage applied to form the optical voltage sensor. Piezoelectric deformation generated by PZT is transmitted to MI, and the MI output light intensity is demodulated by a tunable optical fiber Fabry-Perot (F-P) filter to obtain the measured AC voltage signal. Experimental results show that the sensor has a good linear response to AC voltage. At the same time, the adjustment accuracy of tunable fiber F-P filter and the extinction ratio of MI are discussed.
