Peoples cultural worldview can be compared across time and space.It has been widely used in studies about the role of human impact in environmental change in order to diagnose peoples environmental attitudes,assess culture and environmental policies and their mutual interaction.Analysis of different cultural worldview type of participant in water resources management,study its performance coupled with water management,is significant to resolve the current water resource management issues.The paper presents an analysis and model framework.It aims to find out the participants cultural worldview type by field social survey based on grid-group analytical methods of cultural theory,determine the performance mechanisms of cultural types with the water resources management,and apply system dynamics model of a multi-scenario simulation and optimization in order to explore the human factors analysis method.Thus the research result can provide reasonable suggestion of water resources management optimization for different types of cultural preference.
